Do you ever feel like...
I’m ready to take action on my goals, but something keeps getting in the way.
Life feels like a never ending to do list that you can’t get ahead of
Imposter syndrome starts to hit again. “No way I can do this” “I failed before, so I'll probably fail again."
I know I have potential, but something inside keeps telling me I’m not good enough.
Are you so focused on the business or the project that your personal life is suffering? "Gym, dating, fun… what are those again?"
The excitement about starting tomorrow, only to find tomorrow delayed again.
I challenge people to step out of their comfort zone and take action that matters.
I coach professionals, creatives, and entrepreneurs who look successful from the outside… but deep down feel like they’re procrastinating on what really matters. They’re smart. They’re capable. But they keep playing small—and they know it.
I’ve been there.
I spent years chasing the “right path”—grinding in corporate sales in New York, doing what I was supposed to do, while quietly burning out. I looked fine. I wasn’t. I felt disconnected from my purpose, from myself, from life.
So I left.

That decision cracked my life open. I moved to Vietnam to teach. I organized a TEDx event. I found improv. I started saying yes to things that scared me. I eventually ended up acting in Bollywood films—playing the evil British guy, of course. (Yes, that actually happened.)
But the real shift came after I was forced to face everything I’d been avoiding. The stress, the stories, the fear. That’s when I realized:
Confidence isn’t something you wait for. It’s something you build—by showing up, one step at a time. And that’s what I help my clients do now.

As an international mindset and confidence coach, I’ve worked with over 1,500 people—guiding them to quiet the noise, trust themselves, and take action on the things they keep putting off. I’ve led workshops for companies like Amazon and Twitter, and I host Coffee with The Coach, where I coach real people through real blocks in real time.
So if you’re feeling stuck, lost, or just not fully you right now—know this:
You don’t need a breakdown to have a breakthrough.
But you do need to stop pretending you’re fine.
Let’s change the story.
